Common Ecampus File Upload Issues

To prevent problems with file uploads, follow these guidelines:

1. Use one of the following browsers:

Internet Explorer 7.0 or above
Safari
Firefox

2. Make sure that you upload files with no spaces or symbols in the file name.

Examples:

Is the Word of God Inerrant? - Evidences.doc (Will Not Upload Correctly)
IsTheWordofGodInerrantEvidences.doc (Will Upload Correctly)

3. Make sure you choose "MARK AS FINAL" to complete the upload. Your professor will not be able to see the document unless the document is "MARKED AS FINAL."
