• Academic Records and Registration - Provides academic and registration resources for Southern students and faculty members.
    Academic Records Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• Accounting Office - Provides window access for faculty/staff/students to make payments to the Seminary. Accounting also includes payroll, auditing, and assistance with other financial information that helps managers, investors, tax authorities and other decision makers.

    Cashier Window Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

• Administration - Provides administrative office resources for faculty and staff.

• Admissions - Provides information about admittance and approvals to The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

• Alumni and Friends - Provides an online community for Southern alumni.
    Alumni Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• Clinic - Supports students and their immediate famiy members by providing limited health maintenance services.
    Clinic Office Hours: Monday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Tuesday - Thursday 1 p.m. - 7 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.- 5 p.m.

• Information Technology - Maintains computing resources for Southern and Boyce College.
    Information Technology Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

• Health and Recreation Center - Provides educational programming, equipment resources and assistance to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
    Health and Recreation Center Office Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 10 p.m., Saturday - 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

• Housing Office - Offers campus housing for students on a semester basis.
    Housing Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• Human Resources - Publishes non-faculty job openings, maintains employment records and manages employee benefits.
    Human Resources Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• Legacy Conference Center - The Legacy Center offers modern amenities, friendly service, high-tech capabilities and a world-class conference center.
    Legacy Conference Center Office Hours: 24 Hours A Day

• Network and Computing Services - Provides a variety of computing services to the entire Southern Seminary. These include, but are not limited to, dorm Internet access, wireless access and student email services.
    Network Service Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• Public Relations - Responsible for public and media relations; news and information; advertising and marketing; website development and maintenance; printing and publication, including the Towers newspaper and the Southern Seminary magazine.
    Public Relations Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• Safety and Security Office - Enforces Seminary regulations regarding parking, OSHA, employee safety, fire safety, security of building and emergency response guidelines.
    Office Hours: 24 Hours A Day

• Student Life - A place to find great ways to get involved on campus and to connect with other students who share your interests.
    Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• The Shield - Provides a multi-functional official campus ID card which permits access to the Health and Recreation Center, Library, Computer Lab, and the Seminary Clinic. This card also is used to store "Dining Dollars" (Meal Plans) and "Spending Dollars" for purchases on campus.
